How do I create a licensee account?

To create an account,

  1. Click on Sign In on the top right hand corner of the home page
  2. Click the CREATE ACCOUNT button from the bottom portion of the page. The New Customer Registration web page appears.
  3. Click on the words click here next to Licensee Customers.
  4. Enter the required data on the page. Please take note of the asterisks (*) next to the mandatory fields and the notes below some of the fields. You must first have a License number obtained through the AGCO. Note: Only active license number can be registered. The postal code entered must match what is registered under your license number.

  5. Click the CONTINUE button.
  6. A temporary password will be e-mailed to you. When you sign in, you will be asked to change the password.

How do I create a sub account?

The main account user can create sub accounts for additional users of the same licensee account. For Licensee Customers, sub accounts can represent the bar, dining room, banquet hall, agent, etc. To create a sub account:

  1. Sign In as a Licensee customer.
  2. From your Account page, click on Create additional User Accounts for this Licensee #.
  3. Fill in the mandatory fields.
  4. Click on Create button.
  5. Provide the Login ID and password to the sub account user.

Note: Both main and sub accounts can view the entire ordering history. If you do not want others to have access to your ordering history, do not include them as a sub account user.

Forgotten Password?

To obtain a new password,

  1. Enter your Login ID (into the E-mail address) for licensee customer (mandatory step).
  2. Click on the words SIGN IN on the top right portion of the page.
  3. Click on the words: Forgot your password?
  4. Enter your License number into the Customer #.
  5. Click on GO.
  6. Your new temporary password will be sent to the master account e-mail address, even if the sub account holder forgot the password.

What are the possible payment methods for licensee customers?

The final price of the order will not be seen until the PAYMENT & BILLING page. Online the order can only be paid by a single credit card. To pay with multiple credit cards or cheque, the online account needs to call helloLCBO at 416-365-5900 or toll free 1-800-668-5226, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm, and Saturday, 9am to 6pm, except holidays.
