The 2007 is still very youthful, but lush and lovely, with a soft texture and rich, peachy, gently sweet flavours (17 grams/litre of residual sugar). Fleshy and very harmonious, with greater complexity than most New Zealand Pinot Gris and obvious cellaring potential, it is best opened mid-2009. Score - 4.5 Stars (out of 5).
