Yet another very impressive Cloudsley single vineyard offering from within the large Wismer holdings. It seems a bit leaner, keener and more mineral driven than the others, showing only 12.5% alcohol. The nose is very complex with slightly reductive notes, hazelnut, toast, lemon oil and some pear fruit. There is a sour cream note as well showing on the palate. Very good focus and excellent length, trailing lemon and minerality on the finish. Score - 93. (David Lawrason, winealign.com, Dec. 2, 2019)
