An impressive follow up to the 2018 white, this is another varietal Semillon, made predominantly with fruit from the La Colline vineyard, complemented by 15% from the Landau du Val property. Matured in 50% new 500-litre barrels, it has lovely wax, green herb and lanolin notes, tangy acidity and just a hint of lemon peel bitterness. Drink date: 2022-2026.
