Bollinger has long been the Champagne of choice of Agent 007 himself, James Bond. Roger Moore popped Bollinger NV in 1973's Live and Let Die; for Timothy Dalton in 1989's License to Kill, it was Bollinger Extra Brut R.D. 1979.; Pierce Brosnan fancied Bollinger 1961 and Bollinger La Grande Année 1995 in 2002's Die Another Day; and Bollinger Extra Brut R.D. 2002 appeared in 2015's Spectre, starring Daniel Craig. Bollinger Champagnes also appear in A View to a Kill, The Living Daylights, GoldenEye, The World Is Not Enough and Casino Royale. With this limited edition, Bollinger gives 007 a reciprocatory nod.
