Impressive complexity and freshness with brightly spiced peach pastry and some ripe yellow plums. The palate is very crisp, fine and steely with a composed, smooth and very polished palate. Superb completeness. Complex now, but more to come, if you can wait. Tasted again in 2019, this really starts to emerge as elegance and precision, the toasty build of umami at the finish is coming now. Superb! Score - 95.
