HELP - ACCOUNT INFORMATION

The Account Information web page is used to manage the default information associated with your log in. From here, you can add or modify some of the information in your account such as Login ID, first and last names, e-mail addresses and phone number.

How do I change Account Information?

To change the information in your account,

1. Click on the EDIT DETAILS button from the bottom portion of the page. The EDIT YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION web page appears.
2. Make the required edits to the displayed fields.
3. Click on the CONTINUE button to save your changes, or click on the CANCEL button to abort.
4. For International customer account information, we ask that you contact helloLCBO by calling 1-800-668-5226 to create an account or to update and make changes to your account information. Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm, and Saturday, 9am to 6pm, except holidays.
