The vines are chardonnay, but with about 15% pinot blanc in the mix - all the grapes are pressed together. Here the aroma has more density. In the mouth there's an extra depth and sweetness, yet (again) supported by lovely acidity - though perhaps not yet fully integrated into the 'whole'.
